Any willing to return or exchange a purchased good must be within 14 days from the delivery date visiting the store personally.
We only accept returned items if they are unworn, new and without any sign of damage. The item (or items) must be together with the original jewel box and all the documents received from Gioielli Boutique including the product tag with the reference number , the serial number of the purchased item and the receipt of the purchase.
We do not accept scratched items, items with missing stones, missing spare parts of the items.
Return
Refunds are made via the same payment method as for the purchase. The amount will be returned to the same card which was used during purchase.
Note
The items with diamonds, precious and semi-precious stones can not be returned or exchanged.
Shipping in territory of Armenia is free of charges for the Customer.
Shipping of available products may take within 1-3 days from the order date, depending on shipping address .
